Q: Where do you ship from?

 A: We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in the us,Europe & China. Orders are shipped out from the nearest facility to the order origin.

 

Q: How long will it take my items to arrive?

A: It will usually take 5-25 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times may vary from product to product based on demand, stock and shipping location.

 

Q How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A: It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q:Which currency will I be charged with?

A: Our default currency is set up as USD if you are Shopping in your country the currency automatically changes to your local currency. there is also an option to change the currency manually on the top right of the product page.

 

 Q: Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A: Yes customers will receive a confirmation order number after placing their order.
